Our suites are available to book in major distribution channels such as Airbnb and other OTAs (e.g. booking.com). We know our guests come from far and wide and we wanted to make sure everyone had the choice to pick the channel they felt most comfortable with.
Booking directly through our website means you get access to all our different housing options (including different buildings), and you also get consistent lower pricing (seasonal exceptions apply).
Our website is structured so you can take a look at all our properties in one city at the same time. We highly recommend our future guests take a look at all our properties and invite them to email or message us if they have any questions about neighborhoods, pricing, or general Dharma policies.
Our internal booking system is constantly monitored by our revenue team and is a great way to book your stay without having to leave our page. Once you’ve confirmed payment, you will receive a confirmation page and viola! You’re all set for your next getaway.
As the time for your stay comes up a couple of things will happen, you’ll receive an ETA email from us. This is a super important step in your journey, filling out this quick forms ensures we know if you need any certain accommodations such as early check-in or late check-outs. It’s a great way for you to touch base with us if you have any questions and ensure your suite is prepared for all your needs.
Afterward, we also make sure you stay up to date with all our seasonal campaigns, social media giveaways, and corporate discount programs. This includes not just emails but making sure you follow us on Instagram and Like us on Facebook for a complete online booking experience straight from your profile.
