Novia is conveniently located near various means of transportation: We are less than a mile from the Hoboken 14th Street ferry station and around the corner from the 14th St/Park bus stop. Hoboken Terminal, featuring New Jersey Transit and the PATH, is located 1.9 miles from the property and from there, New York City is just a few stops away. Newark Liberty International is the nearest airport and is about eight miles from Dharma Home Suites Hoboken at Novia.

It’s quite obvious that Novia was built with the intention to please. You can enjoy spectacular views of Hoboken from our rooftop terrace on the seventh floor. For those who are fitness fanatics, there is an on-site Real Hot Yoga studio. Arriving later than planned? Don’t fret, there’s a 24-hour check-in available for your convenience.

Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or in the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine.

You will be thoroughly impressed by Novia’s state-of-the-art features throughout the property. Along with some of the finest in-unit luxury appliances available today, there are built-in Nest Learning Thermostats in every suite. Not only do they program themselves and save energy, they can also be controlled from your smartphone. Upon entering the suite, you will be pleasantly surprised by the vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that span ten feet. You will also notice Pocelanosa made high-end tiles and fixtures, along with 8” wide long plank wood flooring installed on Sika’s sound dampening floor mats. It’s hard not to want to call Novia your home.

Located in the West End of Hoboken ( 1414 Grand Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 ) you will find yourself in a unique, vibrant, walkable urban community surrounded by hip restaurants, cool bars, and funky shops. Trendy uptown Hoboken features panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and a waterfront promenade that has walking paths along the Hudson River. There is a movie theater, a beer garden, a yoga studio, Rush Cycling, and many other attractions that are within walking distance of the building. For guests who want to go to Manhattan for sightseeing, there is a bus that takes you right into Midtown Manhattan in just 15 minutes.

There are various restaurants and bars in walking distance to Novia. Try Cooper’s Union, where a wide array of cocktails and craft beers are served; it’s crowned as the best bar in Hoboken by nearly everyone who enters. Feeling homey?
