Booking The Dharma Experience

Searching for the perfect apartment for your next vacation can be a complicated process, from finding the perfect neighborhood to choosing the right living space for you and your traveling buddies, the entire experience can be tiring.

At Dharma Home Suites, we know how complicated it can be and we’re here to tell you that your booking, stay, and post-stay experience will be an easy breezy transition.

We’re taking you through the step by step process of what it’s like to have the Dharma Experience.


Booking

Our suites are available to book in major distribution channels such as Airbnb and other OTAs (e.g. booking.com). We know our guests come from far and wide and we wanted to make sure everyone had the choice to pick the channel they felt most comfortable with.

Booking directly through our website means you get access to all our different housing options (including different buildings), and you also get consistent lower pricing (seasonal exceptions apply).

Our website is structured so you can take a look at all our properties in one city at the same time. We highly recommend our future guests take a look at all our properties and invite them to email or message us if they have any questions about neighborhoods, pricing, or general Dharma policies.


Our internal booking system is constantly monitored by our revenue team and is a great way to book your stay without having to leave our page. We also offer our Miami booking services completely in Spanish , by clicking on the Spanish flag at the top right-hand corner of our homepage explore our booking experience entirely in Spanish; including customer service!

Once you’ve confirmed payment, you will receive a confirmation page and viola! You’re all set for your next getaway.

Stay

As the time for your stay comes up a couple of things will happen, you’ll receive an ETA email from us. This is a super important step in your journey, filling out this quick forms ensures we know if you need any certain accommodations such as early check-in or late check-outs. It’s a great way for you to touch base with us if you have any questions and ensure your suite is prepared for all your needs.


Guests also receive detailed check-in instructions that include parking information, any building-specific limitations, rules for your stay, and key access points in our buildings. While this is a standard practice in the accommodations world we like to take it one step ahead and make sure this information is all backed up by our Guest Interface website: Guest Central.

Here you can find the check-in instructions for your specific building, neighborhood information such as the closest pharmacy or grocery store, and information about the building amenities and extras. These go hand in hand with our guest info towers located in all of our suites, they include WIFI information at your disposal as well as our 24/7 customer care line. Merge it all together and you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

Post-Stay

We’re dedicated to finding new ways to make our experience better and what better way to do that then going straight to the source, we send out post-stay service where you get to rate us and share your thoughts about your stay. Whether its pre or post stay your comments and feedback enrich our business, we take your happiness as the most important part of the Dharma Experience.

Afterward, we also make sure you stay up to date with all our seasonal campaigns, social media giveaways, and corporate discount programs. This includes not just emails but making sure you follow us on Instagram and Like us on Facebook for a complete online booking experience straight from your profile.
