Hello My Dharma Family !

Happy February ! I hope everyone has been enjoying 2022 as much as I am. January was a time for resetting and planning : February is a time to celebrate Love . Whether or not I have a special someone in my life, I love Valentine’s Day! Love comes in many more forms than just romantic love . Personally, I plan on taking time this month to celebrate the people I have been blessed to call friends and family throughout the years. With that in mind, I discovered some great activities to do in NYC , just a few miles away from our Novia at Hoboken Property.

Everyone loves a parade ! Go to the Chinese New Year Parade on Sunday, February 20, 2022. The parade kicks off at 1pm and the party lasts until 4:30pm. The Lunar New Year Parade , which heads down Mott and Canal Streets, continues onto East Broadway toward the Manhattan Bridge and curves around Sara D. Roosevelt Park via Forsythe and Eldridge Streets toward Grand Street. For more information, click here .

Take your child to see Sesame Street Live at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. Join the fun with an interactive show that unfolds on one of the world’s most famous streets at the funniest, furriest party in the neighborhood, get ready for Sesame Street Live! Let’s Party! Sesame Street Live runs February 19-27, 2022.

Of course, if you do have a special someone in your life and you are looking for a romantic adventure , there is plenty to do in New York City and Hoboken. Take the Sunset Sail aboard the Schooner Adirondack. The views of Manhattan skyline, World Trade Center, New Jersey, Governors Island, Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty are not to be missed. The Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Yacht Show have joined forces to create the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, the largest boat and yacht event in the world. The on-land portion of the event will take place at the newly reimagined Miami Beach Convention Center and Pride Park.The in-water components of the show will take place at Sea Isle Marina, One Herald Plaza, Museum Park Marina, and IGY Yacht Haven Grande at Island Gardens. There is also the South Beach Food and Wine Festival , running from February 24-27, 2022 .
