COVID-19 UPDATE

Making sure you stay safe during your travels is Dharma’s main priority, this is followed closely by ensuring you feel right at home. In order to successfully achieve this, we have implemented new rules and regulations to keep both your family and ours safe during this pandemic.

Housekeeping

To ensure your safety we have enhanced our cleaning methods. We are using “Aquaox” hospital-grade cleaning products, which are EPA approved, to disinfect all surfaces. Our housekeeping staff has been trained with top cleaning standards to place special attention to the following areas:

  • Door knobs/handles
  • Light switches
  • A/C control panels
  • Remote Controls
  • All hard surfaces
  • Closet amenities: iron, iron board, broom/dustpan, and vacuum
  • Sofas
  • Bed
  • Bedding
  • Nightstands
  • Towels
  • Toilet handles
  • Faucets
  • splash walls
  • Sinks
  • Tub surfaces
  • Soap dispenser
  • Hairdryer
Our laundry including bed sheets and towels are washed with ECOLAB detergent which is also approved by the EPA.
We certify that when you check into your room, you are the only guest that has ever entered this room after thorough cleaning of our housekeeping staff.

Building Regulations

Most amenities are closed in all of our properties due to COVID-19 guidelines. Please contact our reservations department for the most up to date information.

We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

If the Health Department determines that one of our properties has been exposed to an individual infected by COVID-19, they have the authority to shut down operations for a few days until the property has been sterilized. If you are impacted by this situation during your stay, we will refund you the unused portion of your nights. At this time, we can not guarantee relocation to another property.

Please note that our business is intrinsically linked to any and all state and city regulations that might be implemented including, Miami, Miami Beach, Dade County, Jersey City, Hoboken, and NYM. We kindly ask you to check the official page for each city to learn the latest regulations.

Miami, Jersey City and Hoboken

  • Travel Restrictions: The local government may have mandatory 14-day quarantine if you are traveling from a certain city or country. Please check the city’s official page for the most up to date information.

  • Face Masks: Our local government and individual properties mandate that you wear a face mask at all times, especially when you are in the building common areas and elevators.

  • Social gatherings : You are not permitted to gather inside the suite or in the communal spaces. It is recommended that you avoid public gatherings.

  • Elevator: The elevator use is restricted to only 2 people at a time.

  • Food Delivery : All food deliveries are dropped off at the lobby food delivery stall and will have to be picked up by each resident/guest.

Refunds

  • Relocation: In the event, one of our properties has been exposed to an individual infected by COVID-19, the property will shut down operations for a few days until the property has been sterilized. You will be refunded for the available nights on your reservation. At this point, we are not able to guarantee relocation to another property.
