How Can I reserve one of your apartments?
You may choose the property you would like to stay in from the Book Now title on the page for the individual room you want, or from the Home page, enter your preferred date and check availability. In case that particular property is fully occupied, you may change the property name and try again.

How do I request an early check-in or a late checkout?
Early check, and late check out is based on availability. You can contact us 24 hours before your arrival/departure for availability. There may be a fee.
What parking options are available?
All of our Miami properties include a free parking space with your reservation. For Hoboken, there is no parking onsite, but you can contact us for public parking nearby.
Do I need to bring my own toiletries?
We have stocked your space with enough soap, lotion and shampoo to get your stay started comfortably. If you forget your own or run out, we provide you with recommendations for nearby stores on our Guest Central app.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or modify more than three days before check-in and get a full refund.

Cancellations 3 days or fewer before check in are non-refundable.

If a special offer or promotional code was used at the time of booking, this reservation is automatically Non-refundable.
Booking on other sites
Please cancel or modify your reservation through the site you booked on.
When you book on other sites, you'll likely encounter stricter cancellation policies. Always make sure to check a site's cancellation policy before booking and reach out to them directly if you have questions.
How do I check in to my reservation?
Check in instructions are sent 24-48 hours before your arrival date, specific to each of our properties. If you have not received them by that time, you can reach out to us.
Are there any extra charges or fees?
In addition to the cost of staying in a Dharma Home Suites, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as a cleaning fee. You will see the full breakdown of your charges before payment.

How do I request extra towels, and sheets?
For our planet’s sake, we ask that you please reuse your sheets and towels and use the laundry machines in your space.

Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but we provide with cleaning supplies for your cleaning needs.
Is the property pet friendly?
Not all of our properties are pet-friendly, consult us for allowed breeds in the property. There is also a non-refundable pet fee. We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
