Welcome to Guest Central: Dharma’s newest customer facing platform

We’re happy to share with the world this new chapter of our business. Our commitment to providing quality services to our guests has never been more important, this project is the culmination of hard work and listening to the needs of our guests. Guest Central is not just a new part of the business but also a new way to communicate and reach our guests and audiences alike.

What drives us

As industry experts we understand both the travel and hospitality markets, and our expertise is reflected in our customer-centric business model. As a local company in the Jersey City and Miami areas, we know our responsibility is making sure our guests and audience members have key information both inside and outside of their stay.

Our approach started out simple. We started with our blog, helping anyone find the perfect Dharma building for them and making sure anyone could browse seasonal events while on holiday. After careful planning and consideration an idea was formed: What if we created one simple to use, comprehensive space for our guests to navigate? Furthermore, how could we make sure all of our guests know exactly where to look and elevate their customer experience?

Not to be mistaken as just a platform, Guest Central is Dharma Home Suites’ newest communication system created to answer all your questions and streamline your experience straight to the top.

There are different aspects to our new platform, most notable our new online portal.

Created in a simple to navigate format, this webpage was designed with the users comfort in mind. Our modern design is both simple and detailed.

Everything you need is just one click away. You will find easy to understand directions and links, as well as access to key information on all of our locations. This new interphase is more than just making sure our guests are ready, it’s about making sure they have access to everything Dharma has to offer.

  • Local Restaurants & Grocery Stores
  • Transportation

among others.

Never has it been more important to share information with our guests. We understand the hassles and careful planning that go into business trips and vacations alike. By creating this new communication platform we aim to make your booking process smoother, and your stay problem-free.

Each of our building links have comprehensive information packets, which are PDF formatted and easily downloadable. Detailed addresses, phone numbers, and directions are available for anyone inside of the interphase and any issues can be directly reported to our reservations team.

Just as important as the online platform, we decided Guest Central needed to be brought straight to our guests and should concentrate on their experience throughout their stay.  This is why we decided each suite would be upgraded with a little bit of our platform inside.

In Suite Experience

At Dharma, we pride ourselves in providing quality services to all of our guests; both inside and outside of the suites. As part of Guest Central we know it is highly important to have our presence felt within the walls of our apartments.

With our guests comfort in mind we worked on creating new ways to bring Guest Central straight to them. We carefully considered feedback we have received from previous guests as well as our vision for this new chapter of our business. After months of careful planning our internal team and external experts have created a new way to make you feel right at home.

This new phase includes easy to find leather trays. Created to match the modern decor of all our apartments, this new tray is a one stop shop for our guests. Here they will find a branded metal keychain, with the corresponding unit number on the leather circle and a key fob, if necessary, a personalized welcome letter, and most notably our new information towers.

Our towers have been created to include as much relevant information as possible. This includes but is not limited to smoking policy, emergency numbers, and wifi instructions. As a direct product of our Guest Central online platform this tower also has the direct link to our portal and ensures guests have an easy way to contact us at all times.

At Dharma we’re excited for this new chapter of our story, with our guests at the forefront of our business model and our experience as industry leaders we look forward to continue shaping the way you feel right at home.
