PETS: Pets might be permitted only with prior written approval between Dharma and guests. Dharma Home Suites must receive a non-refundable pet fee of $500 prior to pet move in.If an unauthorized pet has been in the rental unit during the stay, guests shall pay a $500 penalty fee, in addition to any and all fees assessed by the rental unit community. The unauthorized entry and stay with a pet may result in eviction if the breed is not allowed onsite (please consult breed restriction).
